Ali is the strategic force behind VALORIN. With a career built in the most demanding environments, from healthcare facilities to defence bases, he brings unmatched operational insight, entrepreneurial drive, and a commitment to people-first leadership.

Michel is the creative heart of VALORIN. With over two decades in international kitchens, fine dining restaurants, and five-star hotels, he leads every culinary experience with passion, precision, and purpose.

To Michel, food is a language, one that connects, heals, and honours.
He oversees menu design, kitchen systems, team training, and concept development across all VALORIN projects, ensuring every dish is not just delicious, but meaningful.

We didn’t plan to build a company together, we simply recognised the same fire in each other.

For me, it was about redefining how hospitality operates, not just running systems, but leading with soul. I’d spent years in the field, and everywhere I looked, I saw a gap: impressive infrastructure, but little human depth. I didn’t want to run another service. I wanted to build something sacred.

Then I met Michel.

He wasn’t just a chef, he was a force. Precise, relentless, grounded in culture, and driven by feeling. He brought meaning to the plate in a way that moved people.

What connected us wasn’t our experience, it was our belief that hospitality must honour people, not processes. That every guest deserves a story. That leadership comes from discipline and heart.
